Sean Hannity and Ainsley Earhardt Marry in Palm Beach
Fox News stars Sean Hannity and Ainsley Earhardt are married. The couple exchanged vows on Saturday, October 24, at the Church of Bethesda-by-the-Sea in Palm Beach, Florida — the same church where they got engaged over Christmas in 2024.
The wedding capped a weekend that began with a pre-wedding celebration at Mar-a-Lago on Friday night, where President Donald Trump and First Lady Melania Trump joined the couple, their families and friends. Fox News confirmed the marriage, and the couple released a joint statement describing the day as more meaningful than they could have imagined.
A Wedding Weekend in Palm Beach
The couple’s celebration stretched across two days in Palm Beach, where Hannity makes his home. On Friday, October 23, they hosted a pre-wedding party at Trump’s Mar-a-Lago club. Some outlets described the gathering as a rehearsal dinner; Fox News characterized it as a pre-wedding celebration with family, close friends and longtime colleagues.
Earlier that Friday, Trump himself told reporters the weekend plan, saying he and the first lady were going to celebrate with the couple at Mar-a-Lago. The president and Melania Trump did attend the Friday event, joining guests that included Eric Trump and Lara Trump, Senator Tim Scott, Secretary of State Marco Rubio and his wife, and U.S. Attorney Jeanine Pirro, according to the Palm Beach Post.
Hannity addressed the choice of venue in a statement to Fox News, saying he has had a personal relationship with Trump for over 30 years and that it was important to the couple that the president be part of their celebration. He added that they paid fair market value for the venue.
The Ceremony
The wedding itself took place on Saturday at the landmarked Church of Bethesda-by-the-Sea, the couple’s home church and the place where Hannity proposed during the 2024 Christmas holidays. In their joint statement, the couple said exchanging vows there, surrounded by their children, families and closest friends, carried special meaning, and that their faith has always been at the center of their relationship.
One point of confusion is worth clearing up: although early reports suggested Trump might attend the church ceremony, post-wedding reporting confirmed he was not there on Saturday. His celebration with the couple happened at Mar-a-Lago on Friday night.
A private reception followed the ceremony at the Everglades Club in Palm Beach, according to reports.
Who Attended
The guest list mixed Fox News colleagues with prominent political figures. From the network, Earhardt’s Fox & Friends co-hosts Steve Doocy, Lawrence Jones and Brian Kilmeade were present, along with Laura Ingraham, Mark Levin, Dana Perino, Bret Baier, Harris Faulkner, Emily Compagno, Bill Hemmer, Martha MacCallum, Kayleigh McEnany, Carley Shimkus and Trey Gowdy.
The political guests included Eric Trump and Lara Trump, former White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt, White House chief of staff Susie Wiles, deputy chief of staff Dan Scavino, and Florida Governor Ron DeSantis.
The Couple’s Story
Hannity, 64, has hosted his primetime Fox News show since the network launched in 1996. Earhardt, 50, joined Fox News in 2007 and co-hosts Fox & Friends on weekday mornings. The two confirmed their engagement during the 2024 Christmas holidays, saying at the time they were overjoyed and thankful for their families’ support, and that they had received the blessing of their children.
Both have been married before. Hannity was married to Jill Rhodes from 1993 to 2019, and they share two children. Earhardt was married to Kevin McKinney from 2005 to 2009 and to Will Proctor from 2012 to 2019, with whom she shares a daughter.
Earlier this month, Hannity told USA Today the couple had set a wedding date, calling Earhardt the greatest girl in the world and joking that he hoped she would not change her mind.
