Fox  News<\/a> personality Emily Compagno delivered an emotional farewell to \u201cOutnumbered\u201d after nearly six years on the daytime program. Compagno thanked viewers, crew members, and the show\u2019s production team during her final signoff on Friday, September 4th. She is leaving the noon panel program to become a permanent co-host of \u201cThe Five,\u201d Fox News Channel\u2019s ratings powerhouse in the coveted 5 p.m. hour. Her first appearance in the new role is set for Tuesday, September 8th. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Compagno joined Fox News as a contributor in 2018 and became a permanent \u201cOutnumbered\u201d co-host in January 2021. The weekday program features a panel of four female hosts and a rotating male guest discussing the day\u2019s biggest\u00a0\u00a0political\u00a0and cultural stories. Compagno had also made frequent appearances on \u201cThe Five\u201d before Fox announced that she would receive a permanent seat at its table.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As the final moments of her last \u201cOutnumbered\u201d broadcast arrived, Compagno turned to the audience that had watched her on the program for years. \u201cAnd now everyone watching, after almost six years, I\u2019d like to express my deepest gratitude to all of you at home who trusted me to help deliver and analyze the\u00a0\u00a0news\u00a0every day at noon ET,\u201d she said. Compagno appeared to fight back tears as she delivered the message.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Compagno thanked the staff members responsible for producing the daily show. As Trending Politics News\u00a0reported, she singled out executive producer Trina Thompson along with the crew working behind the cameras. \u201cAnd to the incredible crew on this stage, my executive producer Trina Thompson, and to our entire \u2018Outnumbered\u2019 team, whose dedication, professionalism, and sheer talent are the reason for this show\u2019s excellence day in and day out,\u201d Compagno said.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

She described her time on the program as both an honor and a privilege before offering one final nod to her new assignment. \u201cIt has been an extraordinary privilege and an honor to serve as a co-host of \u2018Outnumbered,\u2019\u201d Compagno told viewers. She closed the chapter with a reference to the new hour in which viewers will find her, saying, \u201cFrom now on, see you at 5:00.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Compagno will join longtime \u201cThe Five\u201d co-hosts Greg Gutfeld, Dana Perino, and Jesse Watters. Harold Ford Jr. and Jessica Tarlov will continue rotating in the panel\u2019s liberal seat. Her addition fills the permanent position that had remained open since Jeanine Pirro left the program in May 2025 to become interim United States attorney for the District of Columbia. Pirro was later confirmed by the Senate in August 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
