Critics blasted the apparent contradiction after Fetterman voted against a Senate voter ID amendment, accusing him of duplicity, and contrasting his reasonable comments with his cynical political decisions in the Senate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Exposing the duplicitous senator, a viral post\u00a0noted, \u201cSenator Fetterman (D-PA) voted against the voter ID amendment. He is NOT for the SAVE America Act & he does NOT support voter ID,\u201d highlighting the gap between his promises and actual votes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In response to the last post, a user posted a clip of Fetterman seeming to support voter ID. The Pennsylvania Democrat said, \u201cNow, me, as a Democrat, I do not believe that it\u2019s unreasonable to show ID just to vote. If you had a clean bill just showing your ID to vote, you would support that legislation.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
